Clinical & Surgical Philosophy

1. Anatomical Margin Precision (R0)

In cancer surgery, surgical margins dictate long-term survival. Using 3D visualization, each dissection plane is isolated meticulously to achieve oncologically clear margins while safeguarding major retroperitoneal vessels.

2. Organ & Sphincter Preservation

Whenever oncologically permissible, organ parenchyma (such as liver segment preservation or spleen-preserving pancreatectomy) and natural sphincters (in low rectal cancer) are prioritized to protect quality of life.

3. Multidisciplinary Tumor Board

Every oncology case is reviewed in conjunction with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and gastrointestinal radiologists to ensure the optimal sequence of neoadjuvant therapy, surgery, and adjuvant care.
